Two months into my new place and loving it! I felt very welcomed by both residents and staff and comfortable and at home in my bright and cozy apartment where from my balcony I get to enjoy the most beautiful Florida sunsets and the furious, but short lived Summer rain storms. No more worries about who to call if something goes wrong for our maintenance staff promptly takes care of it. And not a chance to get bored, for there are always a variety of activities to choose from. Best choice for… those who cherish their independence but like to keep active.

Getting more personnel for maintenance to up keep the facilities cleaner not only the first floor. More Security in the mail room from outsider. Ask resident to keep halls and doors decoration to a minimum ; not political or religious likings.

Facilities & Maintenance: Cleanliness is a top priority for us. We are actively reviewing our maintenance scheduling and personnel allocation to ensure that all floors and communal areas receive the same high standard of care and upkeep as our first floor.
Mail Room Security: The safety and security of your personal property is incredibly important. We are currently evaluating potential security enhancements for the mail room to better prevent unauthorized access from outsiders.
Halls and Door Decorations: We want all residents to feel comfortable and welcome in our community. We will review our current community policies regarding hallway and door decorations to ensure they remain respectful and neat for everyone.
