Facilities & Maintenance: Cleanliness is a top priority for us. We are actively reviewing our maintenance scheduling and personnel allocation to ensure that all floors and communal areas receive the same high standard of care and upkeep as our first floor.
Mail Room Security: The safety and security of your personal property is incredibly important. We are currently evaluating potential security enhancements for the mail room to better prevent unauthorized access from outsiders.
Halls and Door Decorations: We want all residents to feel comfortable and welcome in our community. We will review our current community policies regarding hallway and door decorations to ensure they remain respectful and neat for everyone.
