Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. You must return the fob at the end of your stay, as a $125 replacement fee will apply if it is not returned. Noise monitoring devices are in the unit and will activate if there is a significant level of noise, with a fine and a zero-tolerance/one-strike policy for any activity that disrupts neighbors. Violations of house rules may result in additional charges or immediate vacating of the property without refund.
