Building amenities on the 3rd floor include a gym/Peloton Studio, an indoor lounge with foosball and billiards tables, and an outdoor BBQ and patio dining area.
On-site public parking is available underneath the building for $34 per day with in and out access. Mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days is available for an extra fee and needs to be booked in advance.

Violations of house rules may result in additional charges or immediate vacating of the property without refund.

A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection.
