New Management Sucks

New management sucks!! There was a recent change in management and it's been terrible since. Manager is never available. Phone calls are never answered.
We've been trying to reach the manager about an error in our rent payment online but the manager is always unavailable and when I call no one picks up the phone. I definitely would not recommend living here. So many other great apartments in the area.. please look elsewhere

Eden is a quiet oasis, nicely tucked away in a newly constructed lakeview area, very close to the main Avalon shopping district yet far enough from the noises emanating out of those busy restaurants, bars, and shops. Eden is a beautiful place to live, discreet and classy- a hidden gem!

A Truly Great Place to Call Home! *****

I’ve been living here for a little while now, and I absolutely love it. One of the biggest perks for me is that the units have hard flooring throughout—no carpet at all! It gives the apartment a clean, modern feel and makes it so much easier to maintain, especially if you’re into fitness or have allergies like I do.

The building is quiet, well-maintained, and feels very safe. My neighbors are friendly yet respectful, and the management team has been professional and responsive from day one. I... also really appreciate the thoughtful layout—plenty of natural light, great storage space, and a well-designed kitchen that’s easy to cook in.

One of the best parts about living here is the sense of community. Every week, they host events to help residents connect—whether you’re new or have lived here for a while. The BINGO nights are a blast! They also put together amazing family-friendly celebrations for holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas, and so much more. You have to see the Christmas decorations—they’re truly magical. And the centerpiece? A huge, absolutely stunning Christmas tree that fills the space with festive spirit.

As for amenities, this place checks all the boxes:
-A clean, well-equipped fitness center
-Covered parking and convenient guest spots
-A beautiful pool and outdoor lounge area
-Pet-friendly for both dogs and cats
-Responsive on-site maintenance
-Secure package lockers for deliveries
-And it’s all within walking distance to shops, parks, and coffee spots

Overall, it’s been a fantastic experience. If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, and peaceful home with a great community feel and no carpet, I’d definitely recommend living here.
