Nice area, well kept but the smoking policy isn’t enforced
My neighbors smoke and it gets into my apartment. It’s so frustrating because I love my space to be fresh and smell like the candles I buy. The smoke smell cancels out anything I buy to clear the air. If you move here, make sure your neighbors upstairs or downstairs don’t do drugs because you WILL smell it through the vents.

Affordable and in a great location
Saddle creek apartments are great if you're looking for affordable housing and you don't necessarily need a lot of amenities. The complex has a swimming pool, playground and on-site laundry mat. It's all electric with central heating and air. The storage space in the three bedroom is better than the two bedroom because it has a separate linen closet. The most recent upgrades included granite countertops which give the apartment so much more style. If you're in the market for affordable... apartment living in a safe and clean area, Saddlecreek is the place for you.
