Previous owner who is glad to be gone......
This place is a joke, they get new HOA managers it seems like every month, they go around writing violations, that have been there forever. When someone buys a condo there, THEY, the HOA, should go and inspect the condo, if they want certain things changed. Everything they issued a VIOLATION for was there BEFORE the condo was purchased. The seller should have been responsible for things done that were not allowed. Buyer BEWARE! All this place wants to do is issue violations, charge fees and on... top of it all, they charge 186.00 a month HOA fees, extra gate keys, all this is EXTRA not included in the 186.00/plus a month, RIDICULOUS!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!

Just visited
Visited several complexes in the Roswell area, and this one was fairly small for the amount of money. The staff was cordial and helpful, but it just wasn't the right fit for me.
