DO NOT LIVE HERE

If I could give this place a negative star I would. DO NOT LIVE HERE! If you do live here and try to move to another apartment complex they will screw you over and say you had " bad rental history". Another thing, Today is June 24th 2025 I put in a request on May 30th 2025 to get my roommates ceiling fixed as it had started leaking due to all of the weather we have had and no one has fixed it to this day, They keep saying they will come fix it but I have yet to see anyone come and fix it. The... carpets in my room are coming up when i vacuum, my roommates handle is about to fall off, The back door leaks air leading me to keep my air on at all times because of how hot it is. The office staff is rude, They do not pick up the phones, or reply back to you on emails. My power was off for 8 hours one day for no reason and it took multiple people to call to get it back on. The RENT is WAY to expensive the power and water is not even accurate meaning they will charge you extra for no reason. They say they have a shuttle that takes you to campus well THEY DON'T, It isn't even registered so the students living here in the fall of 2025 good luck because you will have to pay for parking at UGA to get to class. I could go on with more bad things to say about this place so just to do you a favor DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Property management

The property management are very rude. Managers are very lazy, do not setup accounts properly. Very rude to tenants. Not at all good environment for tenants. Very arrogants.

Excessive Fees!!!!!

Excessive Fees!!!!!

The $150 late utility charge is unreasonable, especially since I never received the utility bill email as promised.

Monthly Credit Building Fee ($6.95)

Poor Communication:

Utility bills are not sent as agreed, leading to late payments.

Parking Issue:

My car was towed because the management failed to provide the parking sticker, which should have been included with the key. Despite paying for parking every month, we had to cover the towing costs due to this oversight...
.

These issues demonstrate a lack of accountability and poor management. I would not recommend Atlas Athens to anyone considering renting here.

Do. Not. Move. Here.

This is possibly the most unprofessional apartment building in the history of apartment buildings

From the beginning, they’ve had mechanical issues Including the elevator being out multiple times. They missed move in for residence last August and we were forced to live in a hotel.

The organization has zero empathy for all the problems it’s caused residents.

For those of you not familiar with Athens it’s in a terrible location and very inconvenient to campus.

Do not believe a word the...

AVOID! There are much better places to live in Athens
