Classic City Flats | Luxury Apartments

We’ve enjoyed our time at the Flats. It’s definitely priced a bit above the average for the area. The amenities like the pool/fitness center are great but also well used by the residents now that the place is mostly full. The apartments are very nice and new, however you’ll likely come across one or two construction flaws if you move in soon. The staff does works well to address them. Overall, you’ll get a safe, clean apartment here but you’ll pay what it’s worth.

So far my resident experience has been lovely, it’s such a quiet place and so relaxing , plus Kroger being next to us is a spot to avoid traffic.

Great thus far. The little kinks are fixed! We love classic city flats. Quite and clean. We came in with perks and deals that were one of a kind.

The leasing office staff are all incredibly kind and patient. I especially appreciate the maintenance team — they are always very patient and helpful. Parking is spacious and readily available, and the 24-hour coffee station is a great bonus. The only thing to be mindful of is the presence of bugs in the hallways from time to time, but I completely understand since the buildings are not fully enclosed.

So far the area is amazing and Sierra was a rock star helping me and my husband. She answered every question and concerns we had. absolutely love it!
