I enjoy the vibes if the neighbors, the culture of management, the helpfulness of our front office, and the size of the units. If I could change something it would be how often the water is shut off and how often the pool was closed during the season.

It’s relatively quiet. Communication from the staff could be better in regard to when maintenance requests will be handled. Hardly any events but it’s a good stay.

Leasing manager was very sweet and welcoming from the beginning we are comfortably moved in. We had minor things that needed to be fixed but they came right away. We are loving the new neighborhood.
