It’s only been two days here so I can’t give a super review of the whole experience, but I -can- say that the move in process was fast and simple. The lovely women in the office were helpful and kind, and from the moment I walked in, I felt like a person, and not just a number about to pay money. They are open and honest about the things they’re working on, and the community events sound fun and engaging. The app has ways to connect and communicate with other tenants which, coming from Indiana,... blows my mind. It actually feels like a Community.

The place is nice, but outdated and overpriced. Very annoying that they decreased base rent for all except current residents. The maintenance is usually slow, poor quality, and the team changes frequently. Due to age of the apartments, they constantly fall apart and need repairs, which sucks with a poor maintenance team. Some of the staff are nice, but they do change frequently which is a bummer. Neighbors are nice except for a few that are quite obnoxious. I do enjoy the look of the complex,... they maintain the lawn consistently.

New maintenance team

I put in a maintenance request on Sunday and maintenance came Monday and fixed the problem. He was nice,polite, and courteous. He knew exactly what to do.
