Loved these apartments affordable prices and the leasing consultant Mia .A was so sweet and truly sold me I applied same day

I pay my rent on time every single month. 95 degrees and No AC all day, no call or response from front office. One of my showers has been broken for months, they fixed it now I can’t take a shower only a bath. Maintenance is slow to none existence and there are roaches and rats to greet you when you move in.

Worst place I ever rented. I cannot get the manager to fix the things she said she would. The management is not reliable I had kitchen sink throw up sewage and I called the emergency line twice no call or text to see what is the problem and no on duty officer. The answer machine sound like a nice on top of things service but it’s just a coverup for mangers not returning calls or remember what they wrote down to fix in your apartment. The roaches run throughout the apartment there is one... company they work with that does not spray well called him 3 times roaches are still here. This is not a good place to live and raise kids. It’s not worth the year you will spend trying to leave. Just do your homework!!!

I've just moved in and to be honest it has been a great experience. I had some challenges finding housing and the team is very professional and helpful. I know people have had bad experience I'm creating my own experience. I'm not worried about other people and there drama. You make your house your home. Some of these tenants are just plane mean and just want to keep up trouble. I'm happy and grateful.
