AMLI Arts Center

Like anywhere in Midtown, you’re going to have some noise on the weekends from the street or neighbors playing music, but overall AMLI Arts is way more chill than other buildings I’ve lived in. The daytime concierges are amazing, the gym is really large compared to other high rises, and the apartments feel like fancy condos with the high ceilings and marble floors. Plus the location is ideal- right across from a MARTA station and 1-2 blocks from Whole Foods/Starbucks or Colony Square.

Crime, car break-ins, parties, phoney mangers... yeah definitely not worth another dime of my money!

I absolutely love Amli Arts Center! The Building is so clean and I love the security in the building. I'm happy I chose to call this place my new home.

If you dont have a car, or if you stay inside your apartment at all times, you will be fine.
Nightmare parking, they claim its free but they have sold the majority of the spaces inside the residential area, good luck driving up five floors (two laps per floor....8-10 laps total) looking for one thats not "reserved".... everytime you arrive/leave. The free guest parking they claimed is not free, now pay by app. Which caters to party-goers filling the visitors section up, and ubering to nearby... clubs. Which caused frequent car break-ins so they hired walmart security, who takes up 3-4 parkings spaces while on duty (1; security truck , 2; reserved spot where security truck supposed to be, 3-4; personal vehicle double parks so they can sit inside their car on the phone all night with the door open) Now threatening to tow residents vehicles for parking in visitors level (never tows people who dont live here, leaves a fake ticket on their car)
No smoking building? Ha, you know better than that..... cant open balcony door or get off the elevator without smelling weed.
Building is not secure, loading door is always open and anybody can follow anybody in, their keyfobs aren't floor specific like every other high rise. So yes, i can follow someone in and press whatever button i want, after they scan their fob, when i don't even have one. Will be at your apartment door undetected.
Yes, maintenance, apt quality and marta access are the only bright spots. Leasing, concierge, security are all min wage quality.
