Fantastic location. I work downtown and have friends, family and clients in Roswell, Mableton and Gwinnett. I can jump on 285 or 75 and be at any of these locations in 20 minutes.
The park and trail system/being on the river is such is an amazing resource. I don't think people realize what a gem we have right inside the perimeter.
