I like the area that’s number one. I like that apartments are newish.
Downside - noisy upstairs neighbors, elevator entry fob broken from over a month at B2 level, gym and pool is closed more than open.

It’s been okay here so far, my car got broken into as soon as I moved in and nothing was done about it, the gym just got reopened after being closed for awhile, my upstairs neighbors are super noisy and the security officer line is not even someone onsite. The units themselves are nice and maintenance is good !

The process was super easy. From touring, to filling out the application, uploading documents etc. The online process made it super simple to follow. Once approved, Jasmine reached out immediately and made the next steps even easier to navigate. Jasmine was so kind and sweet, responsive and kind enough to answer any questions. The apartment so far is beautiful, quiet and welcoming!

I love living here!!! Been here since 2021 and have enjoyed every bit of it. Staff is nice and helpful, my apartment is awesome and the location is perfect.

I’ve been living in corporate housing since October, and when the initial lease ended, I didn’t hesitate to renew it under my own name. Over time, I’ve gotten to know the leasing office and maintenance staff, and it’s always a delight to interact with them; they’re friendly, responsive, and truly make the community feel like home. The amenities are consistently well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere and location are truly unmatched. It’s been a seamless and enjoyable living experience from... day one.
