Pathetic move in experience. I am on 5th floor and elevator doesn’t work. No prior proper information. Really disappointed and stuck. Hopefully the community can give a date on getting it fixed. Lovey of floor is dirty and carport is coming off. Car parking garage gate is not working.

I love my apartment. Leasing good about fixing a problem. Good environment. Office people are friendly, stand on business. Just move here at Bell Perimeter. Love the fact I’m close to the Mall.

The space is wonderful-nice and roomy, outdoor areas are pretty however, the upkeep isn't great. Bugs, gnats and spiders everywhere, dog poop everywhere, the pet receptacles don't get emptied regularly and smell. Maintenance requests do NOT get done in a timely manner-at times I've waited close to 3 weeks to get something completed. Moving in was a problem as the elevators are small-I know that cant be fixed but it is an inconvenience when you live on the too floors.

It’s a great place to live . From the moment I moved in, the community felt welcoming, and the management team was responsive and professional. The amenities were well-maintained, and the environment was clean, safe, and quiet—ideal for both work and relaxation. Communication was clear, maintenance requests were handled promptly, and any issues were resolved efficiently. Overall, the experience provided a strong sense of comfort and stability, making it a great place to call home.

It's feels great staying at Bell. If you are looking for cosy, private and friendly neighbourhood, then you should definitely tour at The bell at perimeter.
