2018 PLEASE DO NOT DO IT
Don't waste your money those other reviews must be under other management and not Pacific Holdings. Please Please don't waste your money. You will be mad. They don't fix anything. Slum. Do not care about nothing but the money. You have been warned. MOVE AT YOUR OWN RISK IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't move here
These apartments always have trash outside the office steals your money and says it's for a deposit which the deposits are nowhere near what they ask .. Thay have went through 6 maintenance men since Jan, Aj in the office is a crook and will get your money knowing the apartments are very nasty !! It's rat infested also a lot of the units have bed bugs ! They don't fix your ac if it goes out ! People are forced to stay so it won't go on their credit if they leave ! A lot of people move here... because they don't ask for check stubs you just have to give them extra money !! Also if they ever tell you that they filed a warrant on you for not paying it's not 250 it's only 50 they pocket the rest !!

the apartment is nice but is around a lot of people
2 bedrooms downstairs black refrigerator black stove patio facing the woods 2 bathrooms 1 & a half mama talk canners
