Calvin Court Apartments

This place infested with roaches and bed bugs and staff is absolutely horrible they never answer the phone and when they do the women has a very rude and disrespectful attitude.

If you don’t want to live with roaches and bed bugs, think twice about moving here.

We had a nightmare experience with my mom here and she ended up covered in bites and she had to throw away most of her things. Other residents told us that bed bugs and roaches were common in the building. Management would get an exterminator to spray but the bugs eventually would return.

Sound fun?

It was not. It was a massive ordeal to move my mom out suddenly and very traumatic for her to lose her things... . She kept her apartment spotless and took pride in it.

And she was only there six months before suddenly being inundated with bugs- as if a nearby unit had been treated and they just moved next door. We’d never experienced anything like it and had no experience with bedbugs. We sure got an unwanted education - fast.

As I understand, this is a 55+ community. My mother lived here last year. The staff is super friendly, the building and surroundings are very well kept, and lots of various fun activities are planned for anyone who wishes to participate. I highly recommend it!

I thought this was a great place to consider being that I am 25. There was no description on this site that this place was for 62+. Just a heads up that’s all.
