full of roaches and rodents and the only response you get from the office is we are aware.

Please don’t move here! The pictures are very misleading.I lived her for 2 years the pool was never opened! You will wait at least 3 weeks for maintenance. The property manger and office staff lack professionalism in every aspect. The homes are run down. The dumpsters are always overflowing with garbage and the roaches and rats are another issue.The worst apartments and this is my first that I ever lived in!

There are so many reasons to avoid this property, and I am at my wits end. I have visited the office multiple times (when they are even open and not doing “admin time”), I’ve called often with no answer, emailed, used the app, and even contacted corporate and no one cares. I have been without a mailbox since the time I moved in 3 months now. Each time they say we have to catch the mailman and make a key, and in 3 months they haven’t been able to do it. My move in was pushed back several times,... and then when I moved in outlets didn’t work, a toilet has a crack and leaked water on the floor, no mailbox key, dishwasher sitting in the middle of the kitchen not hooked up to anything, weatherstrip missing on the front door, and plenty of knobs and handles missing throughout the apartment. There is no accountability at this complex at all. Everytime I out in a work order, they mark it as complete without ever fixing a thing, it’s happened 3 times in a row now and they tell me to do it again in the app. The entire staff and corporate is a joke. Just recently moved in and it has Been a great experience thus far. Mgmt and the leasing agents were awesome and I received great customer service!

My move was smooth, and the office staff was very friendly and helpful.. i definitely recommend
