Defoors Ridge Apartments

The apartments inside and outside are old and so the rent is cheap. Expect a huge electricity bill of over $250 for a 2bhk. There are no amenities in the community.
The property manager is very rude and disrespectful.

If you're like me you constantly find yourself between wanting the very best ...and the oh so annoying budget. I recently moved back to the Atlanta area and Marquis at Midtown answered all my needs. - Great location - close enough to the city to party all night, but far enough that going to the grocery store isn't a hassle.
Great amenities - Standard gym, pool and office center. Not over the top but definitely a nice touch. The gym has a pretty good selection of equipment/weights too.

Very nice apartment with great space and great area around it. Good price for what you get. Spacious and the staff is very friendly and accomidating with anything you need. Grill and pool area with a little fitness center but not much.
