Dolphin Cove

I once lived in Dolphin Court Apartment when they were managed by Meridian Management Group, they purchased the property April 2015, when they came in I figured someone has decided to put some care into the property and give their tenants a decent place to live. At no point this ever happened, they literally came in to raise the rent and to get rid of some tenants that's been living in these units for years. Office Management sux!!! no customer service skills was never their strong suit. So now... over a year later August 2016 the property has gotten worse...trash hasn't been picked up in months, outside lighting has been disconnected for months through Ga Power ( which poses as DANGER for their present tenants... a lawsuit waiting to happen) code enforcement has been called numerous times, with no action at all from them. Some tenants don't even know who they are paying their rent to because management has changed 3-4 times since last year. These peoples are living in deplorable conditions, the A/C units never worked (at the time window units was issued) which you experienced an extremely high electric bill, they rarely want to answer maintenance requests.
