Dresden Forest Apartments

Zero complaints - great place to live! I never want to move.

I've lived here for about 2 years now and I'm quite satisfied. Great location with nice courtyards and lots of trees. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. I've only called the management a couple of times but each time they responded right away. The apartments are about 50 years old but they're well maintained and they don't cost an arm and a leg.
No complaints.

This apartment complex is in a perfect location here in Brookhaven.It has the small town friendly feel that most places don't have anymore.Lots of large trees and friendly neighbors and a staff that is here to please.Also a large pool and lots of parking.Take a short stroll for bars,great food and lots of shops.All and all you cannot go wrong and everything you want or need is close by.Looking forward to meeting you soon!

I have been living here for a couple of years and I love it. It is simply the best deal you will find for your money in this area of Brookhaven. I regularly walk to bars and restaurants on Dresden Drive. It is in a top-notch school zone with plenty of parks and other amenities nearby.

They used to be owner-managed but switched to a management company recently. The upkeep has remained the same while also adding the ability to pay rent and make maintenance requests online. The management has also... given the boot to some problematic tenants which has resulted in a more peaceful and family-friendly community. There have been rent increases, as there are in every apartment complex, but quite frankly they were very underpriced to begin with and are still much less expensive than they could be.

The vintage construction means that there are large, open courtyards which are rare in newer construction apartments these days. It has a gigantic pool and plenty of green space.

Dresden Forest is in the heart of Brookhaven right down the street from new bars and restaurants. Management enforces the rules, but that's what you want in an older complex. Negative reviews are just previous residents mad that their rent isn't $600 like it was before the area become so popular, or they have broken the rules and been asked to leave. Check it out. You'll be surprised how good of shape the units are in.
