Dream Apartment Space

It has been an absolute joy to live here! The accessibility and support of the apartment managers, maintenance crew, and security are top tier. The community events put on for residents are lovely! The location on the Beltline can’t be beat. And the amenities and floor plans of the apartments make me feel like I living in a hotel. Very grateful to be living in my dream apartment!

Great team protective security

I visit the edge on yesterday from the looks of the property on the outside was very nice and clean.I pulled in parking garage to the right and noticed a visible security guard which made me feel very safe. I spoke with Ms.Hunt on potentially moving in once my lease is up..I walked in the office and was greeted by Justin and Haley. I’m looking forward to moving here..

Great community

Edge is a great community, it is well maintained, and the staff is really nice and approachable. They have great events once a month and you can’t beat the location!!!

Office Management All-Star Team

I’ve lived at Edge on the Beltline for nearly two years now, and my experience with the leasing and front office team has been seamless from day one. Whether it’s been a maintenance request, a billing issue, or any other concern, they’ve always handled everything quickly and with a smile.

A huge shoutout to Naveanna, who was awesome when explaining my initial lease and the renewal process. Hayley has been fantastic helping with parking and gate issues whenever they pop up. Justin took care of… our water filter problem right away, and Akira stepped in and fixed it when the payment system incorrectly charged me a late fee.

Beyond just resolving issues, what really stands out is the great everyday vibe. Grabbing a coffee during my trips to the leasing office or just seeing the team around the Beltline always brightens my day. They create such a welcoming and positive atmosphere.

I’m truly grateful for the entire Edge OTB team — you all make this community feel like home!

Best place for young couples!

My partner and I moved here about 2 years ago and have loved every second of it! We love the location, staff, and amenities. Our apartment has totally become the hang out spot for our friends. If you’re looking in the area, please check this place out!
