I’m a current resident and I have been having a roach problem since I moved in. Contact management and they keep saying they will send pest control, it’s been almost a year and me and my 2 neighbors have been seeing roaches for months. Management told me “it’s the south you’re gonna see a few bugs” there is a limited about of dumpsters for garbage which always are full and garbage outside on the ground. I have been a resident at Glenrose Gardens for two months now and I am incredibly pleased with my decision. Hidden in the middle of southwest Atlanta, Glenrose Gardens fosters community bonds through weekly Sunday dinners, activities for children and access to fresh produce grown within our very own garden. When I come home I have a safe place- a serene environment and peace of mind. An oasis and a blessing.

I have been here for on month and this place really rocks! From when you first pull in the vibe is very peaceful. The staff is excellent and my neighbors are great as well. This was a great move!

I have to give Glenrose gardens 5 stars. My husband and I visited Atlanta from up north earlier this year to find our new place of residence. I had set in stone that we would visit 8 complexes. Glenrose was first on our list. Raheem is the leasing manager who welcomed us like family. This man has the patience of Job. He is very detailed and honest about what to expect. He gave us a tour of the property and showed us a model home. Now at first I was taken back of how much space you could get for... the price. It's amazing. Also, I've had experiences in the past of how the model unit looks nothing like the real thing. And, then on move in day you're surprised. Nope, not here. My unit looked exactly how the model unit would look of my choice. It was absolutely beautiful. Upgraded appliances, beautiful floors, and spacious rooms. Still, however we decided to visit 7 other complexes that day. By the end of our hunt my husband and I literally went running back to Glenrose for applications.

We knew and felt in our hearts that this would be our new home. What sold us was the town home feel. We couldn't find anything that could compare to it. Finally, moving in a couple of months later was a blessing. The complex as a team has been extremely attentive to our needs when anything needed to be serviced or addressed within the home. You're also given a welcome basket with toiletries needed on your first day of move in.

The owner lives on the complex as well. I love that because I know he truly cares about his property and his residence. Its a gated community, with security all the time so it is safe and clean.

My Husband and I want to thank Glen Rose for everything. They definitely have us as residence for a long time. Read More
