Roach, rat and bed bugs infested
I moved into this apartment on March 21, 2025, and from day one the unit was not ready for move-in. It was unclean, had old and broken appliances, and a severe pest problem that has only gotten worse over time.
For the entire year, I repeatedly requested pest control and submitted maintenance reports regarding roaches and spiders throughout the unit—inside vents, outlets, cabinets, carpets, and bathrooms. Despite paying monthly for pest control services, I was not consistently serviced, and... when someone was finally sent out, the treatment was incomplete and ineffective.
At the end of my lease in March 2026, I spoke directly with management and was promised the following due to my consistent tenancy:
• Transfer to a 3-bedroom unit
• Full extermination treatment (“bombing”) of my current unit
• Repairs to seal entry points for pests
• A temporary month-to-month option with waived fees while waiting for transfer
Within days, all of these promises were denied. I was told no units were available, I was never placed on the pest control list, and management refused to honor what was previously agreed upon. When I attempted to provide photo and video evidence of the infestation, I was told it would not be reviewed.
The living conditions have become unsafe. My child recently suffered a severe spider bite that required medical attention. The infestation is so bad that my children are afraid to use basic areas of the home, including the bathroom.
In addition to the pest issues, the environment around the property has ongoing safety concerns, and I have lost significant personal property due to the condition of this unit.
I strongly encourage anyone considering moving here to thoroughly research and proceed with caution. My experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful, especially as a parent trying to provide a safe home. I have pictures and videos
