Mechanicsville Station

This place is a nice spot for cheap rent and convenience. THATS IT. To start the managing team is horrible. They never answer the phone, rarely respond to emails, and have nasty attitudes. I was promised all maintenance problems i had would be fixed within the first month. 3 months later half of my stove doesn't work, my refrigerator leaks, my ice machine doesn't work, my dishwasher floods, and my balcony door is busted. I've been a resident at Mechanicsville apartments for about 6 months now and it's not bad. my car nor has my apartment been broken into and the other people seem to b ok neighbors. I love the fact that it's right in the city and i promise you living in the city of Atlanta you won't find a better price on a one bedroom. I've tried....no luck yet. it's right across from some old run down apartments but the people that stay in those never give us any problems thanks to security I guess. so here's... the not so good parts. the hallways can b really nasty at times. we're all grown so I have a probably understanding why we leave trash in the hallways and the leasing office staff can b slow at times getting things done. I've been waiting on a new gate card for 3 months but as far as apartment issues I needed a new filter for my a/c and maintenance came right out so that's not a problem. I have been a resident since October of 2014 and Ilove it. I stay in building 455 and it's very peaceful and clean. The property has security on site and they are always visible through out the property. The actual apartment is very nice inside you almost forget your staying downtown and may think your staying in Buckhead or Midtown. Your convient to all of the major highways 285, 20, 85, and 75. The only downfall is the office does an inspection every month to make sure you are keeping your... apartment in shape. But there is no need to worry if you are clean person. Apartments are a nice size and decent, you just have to deal with inconsiderate and dirty neighbors

I will recommend everyone to move in these they are lovely on the inside ad outside
