Terrible ! Been living out here for almost a year . The apartments are infected with roaches . The unit they moved me in had roaches in fridge the first day we moved in . Couple months later our lights went out for a whole week had to pay for hotels because of an old stove we had to replace . They didn’t compensate anything for hotels or food that wasted while lights were out About two months after that air conditioning went out it was summer and hot ! Now three months after that we can’t use... our heater it’s winter had to use money to buy heaters can’t use our stove or take a hot shower because our water heater wire caught on for and we had to call the fire fighters for that as well overall just don’t move here it’s ghetto to and you can hear everything your neighbors move and even say just cheap and terrible management and terrible neighbors . These roach infested apartments are still very poorly managed. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else.

New management is horrible. Communications is awful and rude. They removed 6-8 dumpsters for one compactor that overflows every weekend. Dogs around it every night. They will never give a tour on the weekend or show you the complete property. Circle for yourself and check.

This community is disgusting. Trash is all over the property. There are huge roaches all over the area inside the apartments and outside of the apartments. There is mold and leaks all throughout the community. People move in one month and out the next because the living conditions and management are horrible. I have witnessed with my own eyes people telling management about missing stoves and sinks out of there apartment and cold water while the managers told the people in the community to just... deal with it. I am a tenant. My advice would be to make sure you see the apartment before you sign a lease or give them any money. It is a roach motel. The management team and maintenance is lazy. Poorly ran and not worth the monthly rental amount. Nothing is up to date about it. The inside of the apartments look nothing like the pictures. Don't rent here, you will regret it, just like I regret it and will not be renewing my lease. I see they removed my previous poor review.
