Quiet, family friendly and affordable, best location
The grounds at Pharr Manor are well maintained. Landscaping takes place Monday's, Tuesday's and sometimes Wednesday too. The waste is always taken out when full, and there isn't ever trash on the grounds.
Most of the residents here have dogs, and everyone knows each other by their dogs name. Doggy bags and trash receptacles are provided, and everyone cleans up after pets for the most part. Members of the HOA board live in the units and are available to help take care of complaints promptly like... if someone parks in your spot or if non guests are filling up guest parking. They get to know you and are an excellent management team.
Most units have a W/D hookup, but there are shared facilities on site if yours doesn't. There is also designated storage space for each unit on site.
Neighbors are friendly, and at least half the units are populated with families who have been here for years. There isn't any riffraff/people dropping in to stay until they get evicted. There haven't been any break ins or police calls to the complex in years.
I was hesitant because of the great price in the heart of buckhead. The school system for this complex is a 10/10 on great schools and rent is anywhere from 900-1200. I've been happy since we moved in here 2.5 years ago.
