DO NOT MOVE HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS
The landlord is just moving ppl in here without fixing these apartments up the floors are messed up the wiring within the units are distorted she’s taking ppl money and not giving them what their paying for currently I’ve been without heat for two months now have no hot water when I first moved in I had to water a whole month maybe two just for ac it’s rats running around overall this apartment complex is NASTY & dirty if I could’ve took my money elsewhere I would’ve

Don't live here
I live here for 8 month's I seen There was Rat's & Mice's in my apartment in my bathroom mold and mildew that why I had to move to of there so don't go renting from pine cove apartment it's not healthy to live there or save guy's pick up prostitutes bring them on this property to have sex with them in there cars I just wanted to let u know
