Okay Living
I’ve been a resident since April of 2022 the management was nice but she’s no longer here she helped a lot with making sure I was in a good unit so I thought but overall I appreciate her. There are many pros and cons the pros are the unit is spacious I’m in a 1 bed 1.5 bath so your definitely getting the space Also maintenance comes in a timely manner which is never long so these are probably the only pros. The Cons are ROACHES are EVERYWHERE even when you request pest control no pest are being... controlled I mean I’ve personally never lived with bugs in my life so this was a surprise to me. I faithfully have bug bombed 4x purchased other products nothing is working I’m very uncomfortable simply because of how much I see bugs (roaches & nats) its bad. Lastly the neighborhood is pretty quiet no crimes it’s safe for children but just remember you get what you pay for. This was my first place of my own but I will not be renewing my lease here. But it’s affordable for those who just need some and don’t mind insects.

Home Sweet Home
I love the staff,Ms.Brittney is the best.Helps to work with you&keeps her word.In the pass I'd never move there.But since the new management started this place is well kept,clean, manicured.Looking forward to calling this home for yrs to come..Greatly appreciate the workers&Ms.Brittney.
