Poor customer service; lack of property upkeep; no sense of urgency on maintenance requests; guest rules not enforced especially at the pool; food/garbage thrown all over the garage; bug activity up.

This used to be a great place to live but now it is horrible. Maintenance takes weeks. Office staff doesnt respond. People leave trash out all hours. Security isnt even on the property half the time hence the huge party this weekend. I used to love living here. Now I hate it.

The staff is friendly and nice. This pandemic has everything kind of crazy, but as a new resident, I dont think its too fair to go IN about where the community can do better. So far I like it and I do feel safe here, but more work can be put into customer service.

Crime/ management
There have been several breakins and car thefts at this complex and the adjacent properties that Alliance manages. The management does not seem to really be doing anything about this. Would not recommend.
