I live here and I recommend it
I have been living here for almost a year and I really like it.
I give 4 stars instead of 5 because the building is quite old. But honestly, for that price you will not find anything better in this neigbourhood. It is a very good quality-price balance.
But for me the best is maintenance. Anytime I have had a problem, I called Daryl and he and his people have fixed it super fast. I have been living in other appartments where it was a nightmare to communicate with the lease office and to have... anything fixed. Here everything is very easy and fast.
