Be aware!
This complex continues to have serious, ongoing safety and management issues. Drug activity, children climbing and tampering with grills, incomplete work orders marked as closed, poor communication, questionable water billing practices, and unprofessional staff have made living here extremely frustrating. Management repeatedly fails to address legitimate concerns or communicate effective.
