I love it here!

This is my second month in my new apartment! Shay, Ms.Pat & Ms.O been great since day one! Shay handles her business and make sure you’re taken care of! Ms.Pat been helpful since day 1 & STILL IS! Ms.O is very pleasant also makes sure our property stays in TIP TOP shape !! I love when someone actually care! I’m highly satisfied with the customer service I have received! Today I visited the office because a minor issue…. They listened, understood my concern AND FIXED IT!!! Everyone is the leasing... office deserve a raise!!!! Customer service is what keep everyone happy!!!!!

I’ve dealt with worse

I moved here without touring or reading reviews first I just needed an apartment ASAP, the price at the time was within my budget so I chose them.
1. The gates work when they want to which is good when I’m in a rush and don’t have Time to wait but bad because why have gates if it’s not working.
2. The walls are paper thin, I hear snoring, tvs, fights and conversations daily but it’s fine because I listen to my music and don’t get complaints.
3. Ample parking so you’ll never have to worry about... being far from your unit.
4. Leasing office answers the phone here and there kinda rude but it’s whatever I give the energy received .
5. Ohhhh the laundromat we were promised free laundry loads when it first opened never got that, other than that the machines stop working mid cycle and you don’t get refunded for it no matter how many request for refunds you put in.
6. My first 3 months of living here my windows would literally have a mini flash flood when it rained. It took me sending in ample videos and pictures, emails and calls for them to get the right people in my unit to fix the issue but it’s fixed now.
Other than that the area is good haven’t had any violence or burglary’s happen so yep!

Never follow through

This facility is terrible. They promised to have the amenities opened by this summer, but they're not opening until next year. They are hard to get in contact with. The landscaping is poor. Grass up to my ankles when I walk my dog. Very few trash cans, so trash all around. The gate is constantly broken. I never have guests over because I'm embarrassed to live here. I will not be renewing my lease when it's up.

Staff is very helpful and nice!

Moved in around end of August and staff has been nothing but nice and helpful ever since.
