I am so happy I chose to live here. This is my first apartment and I am very pleased. The property is very clean, quiet, and well taken care of! Any questions or concerns I have, management addresses them promptly. I have definitely been enjoying my stay here at Windsor Chastain!

Windsor Chastain is a wonderful community to live in and be part of. It's nestled in one of the best neighborhoods in Atlanta and is conveniently located around restaurants, shopping, parks etc. Amenities offered onsite compliments my busy and professional lifestyle. The staff at Windsor Chastain attends to the needs of the residents in a timely and professional manner. Living at Windsor Chastain has been a very pleasant experience for me. It's above "apartment living".

Lived here since 2021, recently a lot of montary changes have been made, increasing the amount of fees including now charging for EV charging in the garages

It necessarily to be shared, but Blaine from Maintenance was excellent! This is the 3rd time my breaker has tripped and caused my fridge to turn off. This is the second time I’ve had my fridge replaced. But each time, maintenance has been quick to respond and very thorough. They are the best pasty if living here!
