The staff overall has maintained a sense of professionalism for the most part despite my frustration to an unresolved issue with a non working bathtub that’s been leaking since I moved in April. However they could improve communication especially when it comes to providing a timeline of what’s being done to address the ongoing issue. I really do not enjoy going to the office to make my concerns known after exhausting other options.
