Terrible I’m here out of current convenience. I had to reach out in contact y’all in regards to my lease renewal. Secondly, it was never made aware that the renters insurance policy requirements have changed so I submitted everything in over a month ago just to turn around and find out that that’s no longer up to your knees or standards. Ceiling leaked for months. Was told in order for them to fix the garbage disposal they would have to replace all plumbing in the building. Roach infested and valet trash is not dependable but you aren’t able to opt out of it. This has been my worst experience as a first time renter.

I’ve been dealing with mold in my apartment for almost a year. They have switched management and both times I’ve been lied to and have to keep calling them just for them to send someone out to scrap the mold off the ceiling but not fix the problem. The mold keeps growing back and management does not seem to care
