Ms. Cruz is the best she made my move in comfortable and fast everytime I called or email she answered. I love my new apartment

At first I was hesitant on applying due to the reviews but I decided to drive by and stop in for a visit and gather more information. The office was closed to the public but Ms. Chantel was more than helpful with providing me all the information I needed such as fees associated, availability, pricing, how to apply and view the apartment tours virtually. I must say I’m glad I stopped by because I absolutely love amazing customer service and she definitely did that… ok so fast forward, I applied,... I am approved and have been given my welcome letter. Ms. Chantel gave me options and set the expectations for my move in date. Again, I had great customer service, warm welcoming smiles, I was able to meet the property manager Ms. Candace who was extremely sweet as well as Ms. Erica everyone was pleasant, welcoming and friendly. I applied for a 1 bed 1 bath unit on 7/12 after checking on apartments.com as well as the complex’s direct website. Both websites showed that they had multiple 1 bed 1 bath units available. I also called the leasing office to confirm. After confirming the availability and confirming that there was no waitlist, I applied. Trying to be patient, I waited a few days, but called after I heard nothing back from anyone. The leasing agent confirmed that my application was there, and they were waiting on... screening. I waited another few days for them to get back to me. No one reached out so I called again. The leasing agent then told me that they had no availability’s anymore and that I would be refunded the $250 fee. It’s been 2 1/2 weeks and no refund has been given. Don't move here management is very unprofessional.Me and my family didn't even move in yet and we where told a move in date that had changed 3 times and when it came to the move in date they kept changing our apartment. It's very unacceptable because we had furniture coming to the wrong apartments lost furniture ,people stilling are stuff and its like no one cares it's disrespectful a lot of money was lost in are moving process. DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME
