I would not recommend living here.

For the first three months of my lease, my washing machine did not work. It had mold and leaked, and despite multiple maintenance requests it was not replaced for months. When it finally was replaced, the machine they installed also leaked.

The air conditioning also did not work properly during my entire year living here.

Parking is extremely limited. If I returned around 6pm, there were often no available spots on my floor or even the floors above or below... .

The freight elevator was broken for months, including when I moved out. Because of this, my movers had to park on the street and the move took significantly longer. There was no timeline provided for when it would be repaired.

Repairs were never fixed correctly, it is always a bandaid over a bullet hole. Water damage and flooding is a constant. Gates and locks are an issue. Moving in is easy moving out makes up for that experience. They will charge you for everything that they didn't repair while you were there. Stay away from this one.

The worst apartment complex I have ever dealt with. They charged me their $350 admin fee even though there was no administrative work done on their part. I had to call infinite amount of times to hear back about the apartment and after 2 weeks of waiting I found elsewhere because of their complete lack of professionalism. I tried to get my $350 admin fee refunded and was told I would hear back but of course never received a call. I have called so many times but always get their voicemail.
