1377 Brookhaven Apartments

I have been a resident here for three years and I am considering moving for the following reasons:

- The community seems to be falling into disrepair with the freight elevator barely ever fully working, light out everywhere in the stairs and the parking garage, and the least helpful maintenance staff the complex has ever had.
- Staff has changed communications with residents, with new communication being automated and not providing accurate updates. Biggest example is the communications about... the painting and power washing which lasted much longer than it was supposed to AND the updates were not accurate, leaving residents with their patio furniture in their homes for over a month. Staff has also left early on multiple occasions leaving those of us who can’t come into the office to ask questions, about packages, our units, etc, never get the chance to due to the typical 9-5 schedule and the office being open 9-6.

Because of this, I have started looking into new places to live because rent is so expensive here and we are not getting the nice experience we once were. I would love to stay here so I am hoping this will be fixed. Read More

I would not recommend living here.

For the first three months of my lease, my washing machine did not work. It had mold and leaked, and despite multiple maintenance requests it was not replaced for months. When it finally was replaced, the machine they installed also leaked.

The air conditioning also did not work properly during my entire year living here.

Parking is extremely limited. If I returned around 6pm, there were often no available spots on my floor or even the floors above or below... .

The freight elevator was broken for months, including when I moved out. Because of this, my movers had to park on the street and the move took significantly longer. There was no timeline provided for when it would be repaired.

Overall, my experience involved ongoing maintenance issues and building inconveniences that were never fully resolved. Read More

Overall apartment location, amenities and apartment itself is good! Trash management definitely needs improvement

I love living at 1377. The office staff and maintenance staff are always accommodating. The area is very clean, and the noise level is low. The amenities are excellent!

It's a great place to live with an excellent property management team that goes the extra mile
