Verified Renter
I have been a resident here for three years and I am considering moving for the following reasons:
- The community seems to be falling into disrepair with the freight elevator barely ever fully working, light out everywhere in the stairs and the parking garage, and the least helpful maintenance staff the complex has ever had.
- Staff has changed communications with residents, with new communication being automated and not providing accurate updates. Biggest example is the communications about... the painting and power washing which lasted much longer than it was supposed to AND the updates were not accurate, leaving residents with their patio furniture in their homes for over a month. Staff has also left early on multiple occasions leaving those of us who can’t come into the office to ask questions, about packages, our units, etc, never get the chance to due to the typical 9-5 schedule and the office being open 9-6.
Because of this, I have started looking into new places to live because rent is so expensive here and we are not getting the nice experience we once were. I would love to stay here so I am hoping this will be fixed.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns so candidly. As a resident of three years, your feedback carries weight, and I want you to know that we do not take your frustrations lightly.
First, I want to acknowledge that your recent... experience has not reflected the level of service or community experience you have come to expect from living here, and for that, I sincerely apologize.
The elevator disruptions, lighting concerns in common areas, and the frustration surrounding communication during the exterior improvement project are all valid concerns. Large-scale projects such as painting and power washing can unfortunately bring unexpected delays, but that does not lessen the inconvenience experienced by residents, particularly when timelines shift or communication does not feel clear or consistent. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to have your patio furniture displaced far longer than originally anticipated.
I also hear your concerns regarding office accessibility and communication. While there are occasions when team members may need to step away for operational matters, resident accessibility remains a priority, and your feedback regarding availability and communication has been heard.
That said, I also want to reassure you that the work currently taking place throughout the community is part of a broader effort to improve the overall resident experience and preserve the quality of the property long-term. Some of the very concerns you mentioned, including infrastructure improvements and aesthetic repairs, are actively being addressed, even if the path there has at times felt disruptive.
Resident satisfaction matters deeply to us, and I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly to better understand your concerns and discuss how we can work toward restoring your confidence in the community.
We value long-term residents such as yourself and would genuinely like the opportunity to improve your experience.
Please feel free to reach out directly or stop by the office so we can connect. Anyone on the team would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you.
