Great Neighborhood but......

The neighborhood is great but the traffic through the complex is HORRIBLE! People speed through and they don't have speed bumps to slow them down when children are playing! The Apartments are in Good condition but could use a little updating! The Apartment manager is very helpful and quick turn around when something is broke or any issues! We would rent there again in the future if need be! ??
