Roaches, mice, stray cats, mold, "lost" rent, dangerous and creepy at night, nothing works, nothing ever gets fixed.

Literally the grossest place I have ever lived. Yeah, walking to class is nice- living with many-legged roommates is not. The apartments are infested with mold and I learned about lots of different species of bugs, and my roommate that they matched me with was a psychopath. I save a lot of money walking to campus which is great. My 2bed1bath is not flashy and small. Maintenance is great and the leasing office is friendly. Not many social events are hosted here (most are at student quarters). They are also pet friendly which is wonderful! Under 25 lbs limit though. Full size bed, couch, coffee table and desk is provided. My biggest complaint is the bugs but the exterminator will come weekly if needed.
