Cedar Street Townhomes

I am very disappointed in the apartments and management. I have been at them for 3 years and went through the buy out when Ed sold them. I have had many things happen and it has taken to long to get corrections. The most resent action was, i put in to have my heat fixed and they came in and changed all of my locks in my house with out some kind of notice and left the key for me where anyone could have gotten them. I get home to a note on my door that say where the key is and that my locks were... changed and that my rent was due. This has been the cherry on my cake about the new management and owners. I'm disappointed as well with the life style with the new people moving it. It has been complete CRAP. They come flying in the parking lot with children playing they throw trash out the windows and BLAIR music at all ends of the night with consent screaming and fights happening. I am 100% ready to move from this place and would never advise anyone to move into them unless they are fine with trashy music playing all out and your neighbors smoking so much weed in the apartments that in comes into your home.
