Mandeville Mill Lofts

Mandeville is a loft style apartment complex. I had wanted to live there three years prior to moving in. Getting a unit can sometimes be tricky- if you can make sure you physically see your unit before you move in each apartment is different. Hardwood or concrete flooring through most of complex (latter moreso downstairs) dogs are only allowed on the first floor. It is much cheaper than most other places, and the units work on one lease or multiple individuals so that's pretty neat. In the past... three years the office has gotten better- although it can sometimes take quite awhile to actually have your landlord come look at something. Matthew is an interesting guy, do not get on his bad side. Community is VERY friendly like TV levels but not abrasive, it is pleasant. Weed smokers and smokers in general like it here. Bugs are pretty common of various types so be ready to pay a little to have your place bombed at least once. One major flaw- my unit was completley open with no privacy between rooms with no ceiling in your personal bedroom and that can be a lot to live with for a year on top of everything else I listed. Most neighbors are courteous but I lived next to some jerks that screamed at a video game all the time. This is a perfect building for college students that go to the University of West Georgia. It even has people who don't go to the university that live there. Plus its also a LOFT!!!! Cool apartments, and great prices! Great environment to live. Not a lot of noise and nice people . Great for all types of people.
