Poor management and maintenance, they don’t care about their tenants

I’ve lived at Springdale Glen for six years and have generally had a positive experience—until today. This morning, I encountered a receptionist who was extremely rude and disrespectful, and it left me feeling very disappointed and disrespected as a long-term resident.

Additionally, I’ve had ongoing issues with the maintenance team. They often come to address problems but leave them unresolved, and when I follow up with management, I feel like I’m treated as though I’m the problem for... reporting it.

The treatment I received today was unacceptable, and it’s unfortunate that things have come to this point. Given the amount of money I’ve paid to live here over the years, I expected better. I’m grateful that my lease is ending soon, and I’ve decided not to renew. Read More

I have lived here for 4 years and for the first time since moving in, things are moving in the right direction. I don't know if the owners have changes or just the office staff, but now the trash is being picked up and my maintenance concerns are being addressed promptly. I hope they keep it up.

The completely lied to me. I applied to an apartment and got approved I was given a deadline to pay fee through their third party company to pay before move in and I paid the fee by the deadline just to find out they cancelled my application and told me they gave the apartment to someone else. All within a matter of 4 days.

Prices have went up but not much about the apartment has changed. It does not give the ambience of the picture at all. Communication is horrible and staff all over the place. Best part about this place is the location.
