Moved into apartment and immediately had a roach problem. Complex staff did not fix it quickly leading me to have live with a roach infestation for 3 months before they fumigated and it became colder out. Roach problem never fully went away. Also, the apartments look nice on the surface but at closer look, appliances, floors, walls, paint, etc. are all cheaply made and maintained. Something as simple as water would always seep out of the side of faucets causing water to cover my bathroom sink... counter every day. Do not live here. if I can give ZERO stars I would definitely do that!!! This apartment complex and their management are down bad and DIRTY! upon moving in I was having problems with the mold that was growing in my showers and toilets. I requested maintenance to change both but that never happened. also, this place is not secure with NO gate. My car was broken into while staying here and no one responded to me when I told them about it. My LAST straw was when maintenance left my door wide open for God knows how... long while I was at work for the day. I came home to an open apartment and maintenance keys in my door. After I sent in my request to move out, and I gave them details about how they compromised my safety, they told me no one left my door open!! How do I end up with a set of keys from the maintenance guys then?? I tried contacting upper management, but the message was relayed by someone from the office so he did not take my concern into any type of consideration. There's a lot more to say about these DISGUSTING and MOLDY apartments but I want people to read this review. AND THE WATER SMELLS SO BAD!!! Please DO NOT consider living here. They will take your money and leave you with filth!!!

Strangers from nearby motels (same entrance/street) use the playground and lurk around.

There were constant theft notices and when we decided to not review and went to month to month that created "fees" in order to keep our deposit. We were never late and owed them nothing. It was worth it to keep my kids away from all of the random cars/people who would be waiting outside. What the heck....

I have lived here for over 3 years and love it. The staff is nice and will try and assist you in any way they can. Maintenance is either at your apartment the same day or next day. Which isn’t bad. They have a large variety of amenities and I love that the gym is 24 hours. Works with my schedule. I would recommend to all my family and friends

Women in the office need to learn not to be rude to customers.
You move into an apartment that needs repair. And it's YOUR job to ask them to fix it (fix doors, cabinets, windows, change the filter in the refrigerator,...)
If you don’t want to have headache - stay away from this place.
