Apartments could use renovation. Sloppy work by previous renovations just throwing paint over actual issues. Lots of wasps throughout community

I just resigned my lease going on my 4th year here at Midland Falls.
The pools are beautiful, we just got a new pickle ball court , the whole complex has been replaced, things are looking great.
I continue to love my apartment home and enjoy my porch that I have made my extra room. It’s so quiet and peaceful and safe here. I have never had a problem. The perfect combination of woods and sidewalks.
The office and maintenance continue to do such a great job addressing any issues .
I’m living... my best life.

I recently moved to Midland Falls Apartments and truly enjoy my stay here. The community is peaceful and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could ask for — a clean swimming pool, modern gym, tennis court, and even a pickleball area. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient for shopping and dining. It really feels like home!

This is on of the only places when I call for maintenance they come and actually fix my issue. The office is always friendly and helpful and I enjoy the amenities..The schools zoned for this area are good schools.. Its an overall really good place to stay..
