Overall the experience here is awesome and the staff is here is very supportive and helpful. The swimming pools are super tidy and maintained and the gym ja also very good .

Great affordable apartments and great staff

Everyone was so helpful and Abria helped a lot with the apartment, really nice amenities and place to live 100% recommended.

I just renewed my lease for a THIRD year, and Midland Falls has been everything I dreamed of and MORE!

A great and up and coming location in Columbus, GA (the 2nd largest city in the state) the beautiful community, spacious apartment layouts, affordable rent, and amazing amenities are UNmatched!

Staff and maintenance are responsive, friendly, and do an amazing job keeping the area safe and clean.

With more community events taking place, I’m excited to see what more is to come!

I honestly... couldn’t be happier here!

No issues. Everything works and the process was easy. I enjoy the community being gates and kept clean. The laundry services are also a cool thing to have especially as I wait for my equipment to arrive.
