Really nice townhomes with a unique look. The neighborhood is quiet, the appliances are modern, and the prices are reasonable. Maintenance is quick and helpful, and the leasing manager is always friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend checking it out.

Living at River Road Townhomes has been a truly comforting and joyful experience. The homes are modern, spacious, and affordable, offering great value and a sense of ease the moment you arrive.
The staff and maintenance team are kind, responsive, and communicative, creating a well-cared-for and clean community. FLEX Pay options make life more manageable, while friendly neighbors, added safety with a courtesy CPD officer, and thoughtful amenities like walking paths, a playground, and community... garden bring a warm, welcoming feel.

We love living in this townhouse community. It feels very safe and welcoming, and the home is open and spacious. We also appreciate the new amenities being added, especially the kids’ play area. Overall, it’s a great place to live.

I enjoy living here especially with it being a peaceful and clean environment. Even with the construction of the new builds, they have management to keep us up to date on this happening. We love the layout of the townhome and of course the area.
