Lakeside Village Apartments

These are basic apartments not luxury. The best part of lakeside is that the gate works, the square footage is decent, and the people keep to themselves. The package room is an inconvenience especially for those that live on floors greater than the 1st floor. Most people prefer packages delivered to their door, not having to find someone to haul packages up flights of stairs. The package room should be optional not mandatory. The stairs and breezeways are never cleaned. Bugs and wasp nests... congregate there. They don't clean nor power wash the exterior doors and breezeways. The maintaince crew isn't completing tasks as efficiently as they did before. It's very disappointing if things don't change I fear lakeside will become like whisperhood. Read More

This is a great community and I have no complaints about living here. If I could move the whole apartment complex to my next state of residence, I would!

Lakeside Village Apartments have beautiful floor plans, lake views, and wonderful staff! The community is so peaceful, especially with the lake view.

Lakeside Village Apartments is exceptional. The staff is extremely friendly and makes it a point to know you on a personal level and for me, being someone that lives alone, having that in my community matters.
