Trails at Flat Rock

Old and outdated everything. They send rude emails everyday to residents essentially talking down on us like we’re peasants. Bugs everywhere. They send out emails in regards to specific dog breeds but every dog you see is that of what is mentioned not allowed. The parking lot is falling apart. The areas around the walkways smell like urine because people don’t care to take their pets away from the building to handle their business. The kids playground looks like it hasn’t had a $3 bag of mulch… put in there since 2009. The manager is snooty as can be. I was charged an extra month on the garage rental and they said there’s nothing we can do about it now because we don’t issue refunds. Well low and behold, I got charged a second time and was issued a refund. The paint on the cabinets and doors don’t even have primer. The rent is too high for the quality of apartment the same stuff breaks over and over no equipment in the gym works

This place is terrible! We pay for a renovated unit and have a classic unit and there’s nothing that can be done about it. Our dishwasher haven’t worked since we moved in (have mentioned it 5 times, moved in July 2019) our hot water heater has leaked twice in the last two months so the hallway is soaked. The carpet is so wet and it smells.. they have stray cats EVERYWHERE! The garbage is at the front of the complex and it piles up so high that it’s all over the complex. They change management… too often for anybody to keep up and the guy who was in office promised up that we’ll be moving into a new unit only to find out those are leased out.. the only benefit is that I have A roof over my head but I would Much rather stay somewhere else .. don’t waste your money, it’s not worth it!!
