We do not charge an application fee. After pre-approval we will only require a $40 fee for a background and credit check for each adult in order to finalize the approval and move forward. After approval, the deposit is due in order to take the home off the market and complete and submit the RFTA paperwork to GA DCA(if you have a voucher).
