Highland Trace Apartments

When you're on the wait list, it takes ages for management to contact you. I had to constantly call the front office to receive updates. Once I was in, my apartment reeked of smoke despite there being a rule against indoor smoking. My upstairs neighbors are a nightmare. They play the worst Soundcloud rapper garbage ever, at all hours, and fight/argue/scream constantly. Despite my multiple complaints to management, nothing has been done. So, if you are looking for a cheap place, this is the... cheapest in the area. But be sure to meet your neighbors and smell the apartment first.
