Do not trust the leasing office people, do the inspection together with them and make sure everything recorded. I moved in September 2025, The refrigerator rack var cracked, I informed that needs to added to inspection. Ms Elissa kindly said she will add. After months of months requests, they finally changed the refrigerator in March 2026 and charged me $300. Assistant manager Trichia is a very very very rude person hanging the phone on me and not letting me speak to Ms Elisa who knows all the... story. Stay away from that old apartment complex.

DO NOT LIVE HERE
Apartments are falling apart. I pay significantly more for a renovated one only to find out they did a terrible job. My bedroom flooded. They “fixed it” by leaving a pack of razor blades under the repaired carpet and then not fixing the cause of the flood so that next time it rained, bedroom flooded again.
Im constantly having maintenance out to work on my AC. When I first moved in in September, I had maintenance out multiple times a week for a month.
I’ve been trying to get ahold of the all... powerful woman in charge but she’s ignoring my emails like a child ignoring the word no.
Do not waste your time, energy, or money here. Trust me. It’s not worth it.

Loving my new apartment!!!
I just moved in Friday and I love my new place. It's so cute and Janey the leasing agent was amazing to work with and made moving into my first apartment so easy. I highly recommend checking out Dawson Forest.

I have lived here several years and have seen a major change not only with the property renovation but the customer service in the office as well! ’m excited about all of the renovations. Customer service has been wonderful! The property is centrally located to everything. It has been a great home! I would definitely recommend and have been very pleased!

Thank Goodness for Current Management
In the last year or so, Dawson Forest has been blessed with a new property manager. The previous managment was horrible. Ms Harper was hired and there was immediate improvement. Work orders are now done in a timely manner, grounds are immaculate, the office runs smoothly, and the office staff is a pleasure to work with.
